KARACHI: The net profits of Oil & Gas Development Corporation (OGDC) surged by 31 percent and recorded at Rs 21,915.20 million for the first quarter of the financial year 1QFY12 as compared to Rs 16,709.87 million recorded in corresponding period last year.
