Askari Islamic Banking recovers

KARACHI: Askari Islamic banking business recovered from huge losses reported last year. In current year, it recovered 95.33 percent year on year (YoY) of the losses.

The bank has reported loss of Rs 6.268 million during first half of the financial year 2011 (1HFY11) as against loss of Rs 134.331 million in the same period last year.
